We have been meeting with local officials, our host venue, those in local health care and other promoters and have made the decision to reschedule Big Lick Comic Con 2020 from August 8-9 to October 31 and November 1. Halloween weekend!

As you probably aware, our state has been very cautious on our reopen plans and we truly appreciate the guidance. Our venue is city owned and managed, giving them access to the best in technology and practices from temperature checks, hand-washing/sanitizing stations throughout the venue and full disinfections of the venue before and after each day (we’ll have much more on all of that soon).

And even with these new safe procedures in place, we feel it is in the patron, exhibitor and guests best interest for this delay to give us time to best prepare for the absolute safest and successful celebration we can offer.

We do not host events just for the fun of it. Nor for the business of it.

These events matter to us. They celebrate creations that changed our life. They bring together people from all backgrounds and beliefs. They give us escape from a sometimes confusing and cruel world.

We would never host an event if we did not think we could do it well and together it will be our best yet.

All of our special guests, Noah Hathaway, Jim Cummings, Catherine Sutherland, Ty Templeton and Jim Shooter are all confirmed for the new dates.

Plus we are beyond excited to announce Tami Stronach, the Childlike Empress of Never Ending Story will be joining co-star Noah Hathaway for Big Lick Comic Con’s first ever celebrity team up! More info on that soon.

We are going to be much more visible and available with live chats and virtual events starting soon..

Remember, this is not our event..
