* ENTRY TICKETS 

You must have an entry ticket to attend Big Lick Comic Con. We offer single day or weekend passes. Kids 12 and under are admitted free with paying adult. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 15th at 10am at the venue box office or online at www.biglickcomiccon.com/tickets

* EVENT HOURS 

Saturday, 11am-6pm, 10am entry for Celebrator Weekend Pass holders. Sunday, 11am-5pm, no early entry.

* OFFICIAL PHOTO OPS 

PURCHASE OF AN OFFICIAL PHOTO OP DOES NOT INCLUDE ENTRY INTO THE EVENT. THAT MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. Up to 3 adults may be in a purchased photo; selfie, tableside or official photo. Official photo op purchase includes (1) printed 8×10 glossy photo. Please note a purchase of an official photo op is a very fast process to keep the line wait to a minimum. The photo op typically lasts 20-30 seconds. Our guests are available for most of the event times at their booths for conversation. Please keep track of your photo op time. They will NOT be rescheduled if you miss your time.

* AUTOGRAPHS 

Autographs are not sold in advance, they will be available for purchase first come first served at each guests’ booth. Most autographs range from $30-$60 each. Guests reserve the right to sign or NOT sign items at their discretion. Most guests provide a printed photo to be signed/personalized.

* PARKING 

The venue charges $5 per day or $8 for weekend parking passes. We strongly recommend purchasing parking passes ahead of time as the lot will sell out. Parking passes are available on our ticketing page, the venue website and venue box office once event passes go on sale on Friday, March 15th at 10am. Parking on site is cash only payable to the venue. If parking sells out the venue will provided free shuttles from the Elmwood Park parking garage 1.1 miles from the venue. Free on street parking is available on Wells Ave and 5th Street SE a short walking distance from the venue.

* BAG POLICY

* RE-ENTRY 

Re-Entry allowed at event. Patrons will be given event wristband and must be wearing to re-enter, wristbands may not be broken, may not be shared. Any patron re-entering will be subject to appropriate search.

Photography & Videography Policy

Photography and videography are permitted at Big Lick Comic Con for personal use only. Attendees are welcome to take casual photos and videos throughout the event, including with cosplayers, exhibitors, and friends, provided they obtain consent from the subject before photographing.

Commercial Photography

Photographers wishing to offer paid photography services, solicit clients, or conduct organized photo shoots during the event must apply and be accepted as an approved exhibitor or vendor. Approved photography vendors must operate from their assigned booth space unless otherwise authorized by event management.

Unauthorized commercial photography, solicitation of paid photo sessions, or conducting professional photography services within the event space without prior approval is strictly prohibited.

Guest Photo Opportunities

Professional photo opportunities with celebrity guests are managed exclusively by official event photographers or designated partners. Independent photographers may not offer paid photo sessions with guests or interfere with official photo operations.

Cosplay Photography

Cosplayers are a valued part of the convention community, and attendees may photograph cosplayers only with their permission. Photographers may not pressure, harass, or solicit cosplayers for paid photo sessions inside the event without proper authorization.

Media and Press

Approved media and press may photograph or record the event for editorial and promotional coverage only. Media credentials do not permit the sale of photography services or images taken during the event.

Enforcement

Event staff reserves the right to stop any photography activity that violates these policies. Individuals found conducting unauthorized commercial photography or disruptive photo shoots may have their credentials revoked and may be asked to leave the event without refund.

Please note the venue’s concessions are cash-less however this does NOT APPLY to on site vendors selling comics, toys, collectibles etc - nor does this apply to celebrity guests.
